Highly recommended! I brought in my Hermès Herbag, which is over 20 years old and had definitely lived a full life. I was hoping for a refresh, but the results completely exceeded my expectations.
The transformation is incredible: the hardware looks shiny and new, the basement smell is completely gone, and the leather has been beautifully moisturized and revived. An old scratch was repaired, and the faded corners have been greatly improved while still preserving the character of this beloved vintage bag.
Beyond the exceptional craftsmanship, the experience itself was such a pleasure. Edith is incredibly talented and knowledgeable, and gave me wonderful advice on caring for my bags properly. We had such enjoyable conversations about bags, life, and everything in between. It truly felt like visiting someone who cares about both the objects and the people who own them.
